Hello Derek, first of all, thank you for trying our country's food... Remember, both fesenjan and fish have cold natural. Never eat them together. Your blood pressure will drop. If you do, be sure to have tea and nabat afterwards so that you don't get a stomachache. Second, we don't eat baqali polo with fish much during the year because we don't like seafood very much. They(our people) only eat it more in certain parts of the country. For next time, I suggest saffron rice with Mahiche(one of the best parts of lamb),ghormeh sabzi stew again, and Abgoosht or dizi(must be served hot and fresh with bread). I suggest you try it with shallot yogurt. By the way, the olives you ate also have a lot of properties for the body and are extremely beneficial for the body. Maybe they don't taste very good, but the combination of walnuts, pomegranates, and olives is completely herbal and great for the body.✅️
