but like rushindra said, an org doesn't become profitable, rather they monetize the lineup as asset. Particularly BgMI org cannot become profitable unless they stop providing huge salaries and bring them down to just like corporate jobs.
I find it funny when esports athlete flex gucci prada, its soo temporary coz orgs are not earning from them.
Give them a cap of 40-50k a month, that too a top player.....but let them earn their sponsorship which can only come if they perform well and create their fan base, just like johnny becoming a red bull athlete.
Keep esports athlete open for their personal sponsorship and let them earn their audience and sponsorship

There should be a regulatory body for esports in India, who will make strict rules and regulations for the whole ecosystem both for players and orgs and the same body should set maximum and minimum cap for players salaries annually
2nd scenario is for all orgs to unite and have fruitful discussion and sharing of knowledge within each other so that the ecosystem can benefit, orgs should setup meeting every month
The issue here is many orgs and players are complaining but nobody is here to listen to them or provide solutions for them
Also there should be a grading system for players, like for example a star player will be in A tier with a minimum and maximum cap of salary or benefits

  • @kamisavitar8463

why dont we build BGMI like:
OG, S8UL, RNT, RGE, VLT, GodL, GE (long running stable orgs; Permanent slots) and rest open quals a hybrid franchise like it is followed in Global PUBGM ?
These 7 orgs will set a min/max salary bar (increment as acc to player profile) collectively as per Krafton guidelines (now players have 2 choices, go for stable-non-inflated salary but have a franchised slots or go for orgs that r not stable/new and may give varied salary (too high or base),
Breach of contracts of players (poaching or leaving team) from 7 orgs may result in disqualification from all official tournaments, the 7 orgs must also have a roster until officials and a max of 5 man roster

BGMI Roadmap ke liye m highly suggest krunga ki...
Grass Root level(Colleges, Schools, Small Open tournaments)
    State Level(Inter College, state specific)
National Level(Top teams from every state, Third Party Tournaments)
Top Tier(Top teams from nationals for top events like BGIS, BMPS and so on)
And ek ranking system hona chahiye esport player ka... Jo uska level and experience dikhaega in the eco system
In sabse players ke paas clarity rahega, orgs ke paas stats rhenge players ke and Krafton ko gaali nhi dega for not providing roadmap😅

    1. player salaries increase/decrease based on performance in tournament
Scout also said same thing cap salaries so why not org owners not taking steps? Na poaching hogi na lineup disband issue after every tournament right
Aur nahi salary issue honge aur prize pool ka to orgs pe depend issue hua to
    2. Viewership no problem i guess so what about international slots? 2 official jit ke bhi slots nhi milre so we're only limited to indian team ?

Bhai simple bolo jitna player maangta hai utna dee nhi paaoge
Itna gyaan kyu derhe, kabhi bol rhe player ko long term ka sochna chahiye kabhi bolte 3 saal ka player career rhta hai
Kabhi bol rhe pop up krne k liye brand bolta hai player log ko game mai focus rkhna hota hai
Kabhi bol rhe player ko social media strong krna chahiye
Pegle khud clear hojao kya bolna chahte ho
Aur player zyada demand krega hi sab full focus 3-5 saal k liye competitive mai derha to obvious hai isi time zyada salary leke future safe krega

There must be some matters behind the curtains which we don't know. But that shouldn't be a reason to hate a person like many people do. If someone is doing good for the community they shouldn't be hated just because they don't align with your fav Org or player or cc.

Because they pay a lot to the players which orgs like Global dont follow the process. They believe in nurturing the players and provide them the right resources to success which they are able to do with little or less money.

Tbh 50,000 is a good salary because you are an underdog you have to prove you own worth and then you can ask for more and from coming to 0 revenue to 50,000 revenue is perfect and even everything is also given by the org so why more salary you want !

the thing is beast ninja and slug wanted to stick with arcyln in the setup but the demanded salary was far too much that could be offered, they also might’ve pitched the idea of him being the main player IGL, but the thing is its not fair he isn’t the deserving one for the position rest said I think arclyn has helped these players reach here but he has got his share bit of money, fame, platform now he can’t survive all his life on them right? he needs to learn to let go of them at a good point. and start over in some other direction maybe as a coach, mentor, manager, cc or if he wants as a player, go underground pick players and prove, but don’t fk up the team ofc they want to stand by their words with you ki ap ke sath aye hai apke sath rahengey but be smart! smartly you can help everyone, foolishly you can help no one.
