Although Eko/agidi is typically made with white pap but the answer to your is yes. You can use yellow paper but you Eko/agidi will have a yellow colour.
Secondly yes, you can get white pap from the women who sell pap the market. Market women usually sell yellow, white, and red pap. But it seems they tend to display the ones that people ask for more. So you may have to ask them for it, then they will bring it out for you if it is available
