Don’t you think that was just another member of his species that appeared in “The Acolyte”? Because in Legends, he was born in 93 BBY. Which is 39 years away. But I guess Disney likes to bend Legends and make them different. Why do Legends even exist? If you’re going to stick with story, you should stick with the plot line.
Ki Adi Mundi is mentioned in the credits. I despise most of disney star wars but truthfully legends aren't canon. His age was never specified in the current continuity so the backlash is imo exaggarated. Still it takes away from the good writing and lore that had been established before so its a grey area for me.
