  • In this video, I set out to walk from Yeouido (여의동) to Sinchon-dong (신촌동) , crossing the Mapo Bridge (마포대교) over the Hangang river (한강).
The Mapo Bridge is a busy route for pedestrians and cyclists, especially since Yeouido is packed with companies, making it a bustling business area. Even late at night, although quiet, I felt extremely safe walking around.
Koreans have a strong fondness for walking and staying active, which is wonderful to witness. The city's infrastructure supports this active and healthy lifestyle remarkably well.
In Sinchon, I'll be enjoying a game of table tennis at the Sinchon Table Tennis Club (신촌탁구장) . The owner speaks English and even knows some Spanish phrases, making it a welcoming spot for foreigners like me. Everyone there is friendly and hospitable, creating a great atmosphere for playing table tennis.
