Make sure when you use a perm follow with a neutralizing shampoo. It stops the action of the perm. The other shampoo doesnt. It will keep your hair from breaking off or thinning

My mattress is high so it covers a lot of the headboard. The bed is a low profile bed . A lower mattress would be perfect but I recently bought this mattress I don’t want to toss it 🥲
