That’s not mounted to the wall.
It's a wall mount for a flat bench.. second language maybe? 🤦♂️ I mean it's pretty obvious just looking at it.
Actually those hooks aren't doing anything. The bench is can still tip over...lol. How about put the hooks on top and then just start with tipping the bench into the hooks first and then pivot the bottom towards the wall. Now it can't tip over. 😎👍
