the master skill is indeed very cool and some skill concept is gorgeous but the use of them is very limited and have very long cd , they dont give that much in pve/pvp content and they use different source skill buff which is weird (all skill dmg% cannot applied ,really kog ? and you told that stat is "all") , the master artifact is okay but i think master skill system need a proper fixed not a buff/nerf scenario here at least they should be more passive usings these skill ,expected to be good like transcendence get another nerf ver of hyperactive instead
