Just 5 things: COASTAL / LIVE MUSIC LOCAL & TOURING SPOT/ SUSHI OR SEAFOOD SPOT/ 🍾 BRUNCH SPOT/ Good “LOCAL” well made Cocktails (good vino more home based thing) and crowd. Acceptable city list is sooooo much shorter now, but with Online Era so much can come to door. Sure I miss the tactile experience of a really great bookstore, on site tailor independent suiting and men’s clothes casual shoppes, record and fragrance stores and boutiques. Much of it available online, honestly still can’t get used to the clothes especially shoes online shopping. But those 4-5 things are the MUST HAVES. I’ll drive for further. Clothes hauls are 4x a year so that’s not too much traveling. The Coastal, “Local”, Brunch, Seafood-Sushi, Live Tunes THATS daily stuff. VIBES ARE BETTER BY THE BEACH, so willing to give up a lot for it. Visited a friend down there. Really nice. Only 1 of my 5 was over there though, so gotta stay in a more SoCal environ. But you found the place where you have IT ALL!!!! Everything you could ever want. That’s rare and you are fortunate not everybody gets it all but you did, BRAVO!!!!!
