As I watch your reading, I’m gathering up my stuff to head down to Blues Fest where I volunteer. I’ve been a team lead for a few years but quit as team lead last year because it was too hard on my body. I’d planned to just do my usual volunteer shifts but everyone ignored the fact that I quit. I’m now part of a team lead team. They keep asking me to do team lead work, and I am. I love blues fest and volunteering and I get a bit of a chuckle out of them ignoring my resignation.
