Thank you for reminding how it can take time. I’m wrapping up 1st week of PPDS process. The crab moved to a corner behind a small plant and barely moves. My husband tells me after 3 days: I’m sorry to say, he’s gone. I ran over and see that the crab withdrew MORE into his shell, when just prior he was more outside of it, just chilling. I was upset and told him to leave the poor thing alone! Not sure what prompted it…but I do need to adjust some things to have more success. I have a lot of condensation and I don’t yet have a humidity gauge or better light source. I’m slowly getting all resources because I’ve already spent much just to get started. My daughter was gifted this crab and it’s only one…not sure why I want to help this thing live and thrive, but I am truly trying. Thank you for your video!
@@sunlitegodis it’s definitely a learning curve. Especially when the pet trade stats care for these guys are simple them to find out it the total opposite. It will get easier I promise. Ones things are set up you will be able to enjoy your crabs. They are so entertaining it’s insane. You should check out my silly videos on my TikTok
I found mine literally in front of a house inside its tank, I have it on a temporary setup while I fix up the tank and try to make it look better than I found it, so happy I found it cuss it is the middle of September

@@watermeloncreep8 there’s different sizes these are the small. Which work great in a 20-30 gallon. I just added the link to the discussion.
