Orange Chocolate Football Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Orange Chocolate Ganache:
400 g chopped dark chocolate
400 ml heavy cream
1 vial (2 ml) orange aroma (or any other baking aroma you like)
Cake batter (for two heatproof bowls aprox⌀20cm):
250 g butter, softened
700 g flour
½ tsp salt
255 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
Zest and juice of one orange
550 ml milk (room temperature)
2 packets baking powder
6 eggs (room temperature)
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Decoration:
300 g black fondant
500 g white fondant
Edible glue (or water or lemon glaze for sticking)
