    I just got this machine, the problem im having is sizing. Im getting lot of lenses too big and like you said re touch is bit tricky.

    It is fantastic. A question, you can re shape cut lenses for frame changing? Or you have to use standard edgets for that?

      You can sometimes get away with it, it’s a little tricky though. We do use it to re-edge lenses that were cut too big on the production machines to keep the work moving.

    How are you able to get that first fit and not require heating the frame? Is that the same with you Bisphera as well?

      It’s all about a good trace and proper size edging…calibrate the machines everyday…. We run no offsets on our edging equipment

    I love this machine I use it at work but it allways has an issue … usually it always says arm over load 🫤
