I can understand the second man being happy about National Insurance that definitely helps companies that are struggling. But the 5p off tax for the well off is no good to the people on low wages. Halving VAT would have helped the less well off plus NI lowered would have been better
Cutting corporation tax hasn't worked in the past firms have just not reinvested. Honestly I'm more worried about people feeding their families the cheeper food than large firms investing in our country and not paying their full taxes
