Hello Reem, I picked pile #3 and I know what it's about. To make you familiar with what happened. I suffer from schizotypal disorder (that's like Schizophrenia but less severe in ICD) and I got through a shocking situation in March this year. My hallucinations and paranoid delusions returned not too late after that. I have been weirdly calm though, It's the first year in five years I don't require a hospitalization. The hallucinations happen usually close to my bedtime and I don't really pay no mind to them, I just get a pair of headphones on and listen to white noise which makes me so much calmer and able to even fall asleep. I used to be so scared of them, waking up everyone when I got my panic attacks and rummaged through the house to find an intruder. What is amazing, this year, instead of being really scared, I asked my mom if they were letting anyone in at night, and she replied "no we don't" and after that, the hallucinations stopped. Hello Reem, I picked pile #3 and I know what it's about. To make you familiar with what happened. I suffer from schizotypal disorder (that's like Schizophrenia but less severe in ICD) and I got through a shocking situation in March this year. My hallucinations and paranoid delusions returned not too late after that. I have been weirdly calm though, It's the first year in five years I don't require a hospitalization. The hallucinations happen usually close to my bedtime and I don't really pay no mind to them, I just get a pair of headphones on and listen to white noise which makes me so much calmer and able to even fall asleep. I used to be so scared of them, waking up everyone when I got my panic attacks and rummaged through the house to find an intruder. What is amazing, this year, instead of being really scared, I asked my mom if they were letting anyone in at night, and she replied "no we don't" and after that, the hallucinations stopped. What has been a worst fear really turned into a strength, because now I can help people who have been through the same with understanding, empathy and compassion, which I always wanted. I’ve been posting videos on my channel for fun and views are very low. I know what I’m supposed to do and so I just post shorts now of things that come into my head. The views have taken off bc it’s stuff I know is my calling. In like 3 hours one video got 120 views!!! Your reading confirmed it with my role in life and the date of 31st and 1st it October and November……I feel like crying bc I have been through the dark night of the soul like many in 20 and 21. I cannot thank you enough. Thank you Universe!!!
