I really like how consistent Channel Merris is. You can pick an attack and banish it to lock in a god and get attacks out of the pool, same with the one strike slot you get. For Telekinesis you only need Justice for some survivability since you won't be able to see a thing later on. Light Rays and Cast Area are great additions too. After that basically all gods apart of Krom have some great options:
Leigong: Cooldown passive, Great dash, Double Cast legendary passive, Lightning Orbs is a decent cast, Lightning Bolts is one of the best Powers for the build
Time: Cast duration passive, Force is great Power, all the legendary passives
Ninh: Landslide is amazing CC+damage, the dash is nice, You can also pick power area and mix it with something like Radiance and Rock Shield for close range damage (these make the early game a bit more consistent, especially if you can't really attack from the get-go).
Winter: Frost Zones are nice cc, she got bunch of great passives and the Dash is pretty consistent source of damage in early game
Summer: Cast damage passive, Meteor Shower is decent cast, Dash duration passive, Power damage passive
Mort: Great dash, Black Serpents is a good cast for synergy with her Cursed passives.

Love seeing the Light Rays just curtain the entire screen in the latter third of the run like at 23:05. Beautiful.
Glad you showcased this build! Ninh with Landslide is good but I feel like Justice with Light Rays is enough for crowd control. Definitely missing single target DPS, I would suggest Krom with Blades because currently there’s a bug where if you are under a pillar, the Blades can’t properly come back to you so they endlessly collide against the pillar stacking infinite damage if you keep space barring towards the pillar. You can pull some pretty nutty numbers like 3-4mil with Krom (blades) and Summer (Cast damage) and lastly Justice for Rays and Cast area to one shot the whole map.
For d100 it feels like the cc from landslide was necessary. It's possible that's just cause of the gear I have though. Light Rays IS the singe target dps once it starts sticking on a single target lol
But thats cheating...
@@Steamrawrler Even if they removed it, it’s still Kront-Stomp strong. I’ve done plenty of 100 darkness runs without the bug. It helped me a lot farming most of the uniques with Farmer’s Ring!

I'd suggest using possibility (all gods blessings unlocked) + waste (OP belt) + queen of worms unique head (+0.25 regen) to counteract the -0.2 regen from the belt and the most important piece: a ring with +22.5% adept, +21% legend with +80% more god blessing level up offers. possibility can be pretty daunting. I'm still missing the fried rice, but having extra banishes and rolls helps to focus on the important upgrades. But the extra mastery and legend offers on lamp is so good though. I'm also using double rainbow for amulet to make offers even better (any master+legend amulet from tier1/act1 would mean lamp is unnecessary unfortunately I dont have a decent one to replace it with).
You need to play act 1 to get those master offer amulets? iv played act 2 for 20 hours and havent seen a single one
This run is so fun to watch. Landslide cools so satisfying.

Appreciate another great looking build for the D100. I don't mind dash being somewhat favored, it's making me use a controller as well and I even enjoy doing it that way too lol.
Keep the run in a long form - no need to edit out things, less work for you, more runtime on vids.
talking about the bombers @25:58, i made the experience that they throw a bomb there you were to walk if you would continue walking in a straight line. and if you just walk in a cirlce all those lines were you would walk if you were to continue, are outside of the circle, so they will actually never hit you with any bombs. just walk in a circle and chill ^-^ loving the build, i really have to try it when i have better gear! (:
This works if you have enough movespeed, also depending on how high their area/accuracy has been buff at the crux

Do you know that talant hydra's aspect (or something like this) doubles Cast projectiles on your equipments also ?) Like this staff will gives +10 projectiles with this talant.
And lightning orbs do not have area )))
Celestial wings is useless past 2s IMO, especially with a dash build. You're never going more than 1s without a dash, really. There's a feedback thread on the Discord saying they need to change it and give it some useful scaling, because there's no incentive to level it high as no build isn't dashing for that long.
I feel like it should give scaling armor or evasion in addition to the duration when it levels up
@@gamingwithjeff I'd be happy with the 30% bonus it has now in addition to some flat amount that scales with level, though less than leigong and winter's movement speed bonuses
So my main question for the new talent system is personified with this build: does having more Cast blessings dilute the proc pool of the Cast on dash talent? It seems not based on the amount of visual fuckery, but I'm not certain. But with Lorien's Strike on crit talent the answer seems to be yes? Like it seems to be better with Lorien to specialise in 1-2 high level Strikes so as not to proc a worse one. Any intel?
You are correct. It's less of an issue on this build because any of the casts are fine to proc. For Lorien you definitely on want 1 or 2 high level strikes
Magic Missiles solves the early game without needing shenanigans. I wonder if that one shrine is bugged to randomly take one level off of a blessing instead of removing a blessing.

Aaaaand you forget about best Legendary for the Caster. Leigon has a legen passive which gives you 50% chance to prok cast again. + 30% from talants )
Yeah, but that's for a different build. You could probably trade Justice for Leigong and do fine. Lightning orbs are pretty amazing but some CC is needed for d100

What makes landslide keep triggering like it has no cooldown, even from start of the map? I’d like to try the build, but I’m still low lvl 😊
The cast on dash talent ( Esoteric Flow, I believe) 65% chance to use a Cast ability on dash
What cast spells get effected by "+ to cast projectiles"?
Frozen zones, Light Rays, Landslide, Lightning Orbs, Blades, Meteors, Black Snakes. Feels like I'm forgetting one but I think that's all of them.

It's bugged, my guess is they had only accounted for 2 digits in the code since the original concept was darkness 30

In this build, you wouldn't notice a difference. In general I would say it's quite good for act 2
im running the same things he is on skill tree and i got Master landslide first level up but my character doesnt recast landslide like jeff does.. does any1 know what my issue is
Are you dashing constantly? The reason it's casting like this is because of Esoteric Flow

how did you get Darkness over 30? mine seems capped.
Should increase by winning a run at 30. Make sure you confirm when you increase your difficulty at the crux, can't tell you how many times I've just tabbed away instead of confirming and it doesn't save.
@@gamingwithjeff ive won 4 or 5 times at 30 but it wont let me go past that for some reason/ was just trying it incase i missed something

The Sacrifice blessings is 100% bugged
it never removes blessings but still gives the stats
just the way I like it, I noticed it and then always picked the sacrifice option... I have had it at level 2 so it was easy to tell it didn't take a sacrifice.
I'm not so sure. I've collected it many times and one time it may have revealed what it means by 'Removing a Blessing' as shortly after interacting with two in a row when next I leveled up I had a limited selection of blessings from one of the Gods I was leveling in.
My theory is that it is akin to using a banish randomly assigned but since be normally don't see any result it might be choosing from the pool of any blessing across all gods; not just the ones you have available still. For instance it could be banishing from a god you may have already locked away, or perhaps an Attack where you may have filled your slot with another, a Passive you haven't hit the conditions to see, or even could have been a legendary that you may still be waiting to roll.
I'm still trying to confirm this in testing but you can imagine it is quite difficult to get the condition right and keep track of all blessing that SHOULD be available but for what reason isn't.
I wish you would say Alter, instead of “alterate”. :)
Why do you need a controller to dash alot? You can just hold space bar.
The keyboard I use atm has a fairly loud space bar that sneaks into the audio and
I don't want to spam dash so I can still dodge when needed.

Of course Merris’s bis staff is Act 1. All of her new weapons kinda stink.

I'm sure it'll change once we get a balance patch. Much of the problem is enemies doing SO much damage if you stay near melee range

why are you not attacking with ur basic?
Multiple reasons: it slows movement speed by 60%. Because of a talent we do bonus dmg when not attacking. Also using the Multihead staff which does effectively no damage.

@@crisned2458 the core of this build seems to be esoteric flow (the one in the skill tree that gives you a chance to trigger cast on dashes) and landslide. The other stuff are more for optimization and ease of setting up.
