Am I the only one who thinks he's done a good job? There is sufficient interpretation of the song on his part, giving rise to sufficient expression. I think he brought out the nervousness, the kind of "shy boy" feeling. I honestly feel that he's done a good job. Also, some comments say that he's focusing too much on dancing and as such, isn't singing quite as much as they'd like to hear. I beg to differ. As an artist, expression is of utmost importance. I'd like to believe that as a performer, he wishes to get his stories, his ideas, his emotions across; dance as an art-form allows for that. He interprets the piece, and expresses his thoughts and opinions through song and dance. In my opinion, this is a wonderful job. Of course, this is the internet, and we are all human; its unlikely that all of us will see eye to eye. Anyways, just my two cents worth.
I love TY too but...I guess that happens in most KPop who belong to a group since they're not used to singing a song from beginning to end...and maybe the reason why his album release is still pending because once he releases it, he should be ready to promote and even do a concert, which of course requires him to sing the songs by himself. I still love his voice though. ..Trey Songs and Neyo feels...and for me, he's the most gorgeous BB since he donned this hairstyle.
I don't have problem with this performance becoz this song actually have bactrack becoz taeyang need to dance...most important thing taeyang still sang live n clear
You know gagmen made jokes about artists who do this. Like the first time the preform this song they sing Girl, I need a girl, blah blah. But after a few years: Girl, YEAH! I need a-- HO! OH YEAH! I need a Guuuuurrl.
