  • Many of us find ourselves wishing for change, whether it's mending relationships or resolving personal problems. When faced with challenges, our first instinct is often to turn to worldly means for solutions-calling doctors or seeking various remedies. While it’s important to seek help, where should our ultimate trust lie?
In this video, we explore the idea that true solutions and healing come from Allah (SWT) and the Quran. By delving into the Quran, we discover its profound ability to heal two of the most common emotional and psychological struggles: depression and anxiety.
Allah (SWT) tells us in the Quran that we will be tested with fear, hunger, loss of wealth, and other hardships. These trials are a part of life, but they are also for our own good. Understanding this can transform our approach to life's difficulties.
When we lose money, property, loved ones, or fail to see the fruits of our labor, it can be incredibly challenging. Yet, Allah (SWT) offers a unique perspective, urging us to be patient and to find solace in the fact that we belong to Him and will return to Him. The Quran teaches us to congratulate those who are patient through hardships, as they are the ones who truly receive glad tidings.

Sometimes Allah (SWT) takes everything from you so that you may turn to him and sometimes Allah (SWT) places certain people who let you down in your life to teach you that you should never depend on anyone but him.
Allah (SWT) Never let you down.
