    Hi Bill, I love your videos and think they are ideal for people starting out. They are also great for retired old codgers like me who need a refresh. I hope you don't mind me pointing out an error at 2:52 where you say that by inverting a NOR gate you get a NAND. This is incorrect. If you invert a NOR gate, you get an OR gate.

    I think you can combine the two P-channel source pins and save one resistor without changing the operation of your gate. This would reduce your component count to 5.
