Thank you for an excellent video! Very informative.
What are your thoughts about Expat seniors living in France? As retired educators (we helped a new school open in Lviv - Aug-Dec), we are exploring Poland (Dec-Jan), Estonia (Feb), and possibly France.
Paris is beautiful and walkable. Nice too looks beautiful and welcoming. But, Nantes looks amazing also.
We seek a walkable, affordable, and comfortable place to call home. My wife Cindy has MS, so calm is a required component. I grew up in Los Angeles, working & driving 24/7, so the European pace is very attractive.
    Thank you. Dean & Cindy

      Hello,thanks for the comment
I have come across many expat seniors who attest to living in France as a good choice, I have actually worked with a group that needed some French conversation courses in Vernon and their input left a lasting impression.
All the best, Whenever you plan or arrive in France, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
      Bonne chance

Hello Dickson, congratulations first of all for being selected to the program.
My advice for you would be prepare your introduction presentation way in advance, that is speaking about you, your country and culture and what you would like to share with the students ;this helps you ease in for the first weeks as you get a grasp of how things go in class and if you have materials that you can carry with you, that'd be great. Additionally, take these few months before the contract begins to sharpen your french . Bonne Chance!

      Hey
Congratulations first of all for the new adventure that awaits🤗
My tip would be for you to be ready and open minded to intergrate with the new culture both in school and outside school. Practicing your french well in advance will make it easy for you to ease into the daily routine as well.Do you know which level of school you will be teaching; i.e école primaire, college ou lycée?

Hello, it is advised to speak English entirely in class. However, depending on the age of students, especially the young ones In primary and middle school, you will need to translate to French from time to time. The French level required is from B1 AND above
