Love the video. It took my hair person 2 hours to get 30 to 40 extensions out. I can’t get her to put more then 2 to 3 packs of in??? She says my head is small!! I think she just runs out of time so I’m going to remove them before my appointment. I have very thin fine hair any suggestions 🥲
If you have very thin fine hair, this itself is a reason as to why you shouldn't be using a large amount of packs. The weight of the extensions will tug and pull and can lead to hair loss. The thicker the hair (and the more of it), the more you can squeeze in. I promise you, hairdressers would love you to splash out on more, but theyre not going to want to do that if they are going to be liable for the issues that lay ahead. I recommend sticking with the amount of hair extensions you use currently but purchasing halo extensions to add more without damage.
I’m unsure how to advise you on this because I’m not your stylist but I do know every head is different and I would suggest asking her if you can have more and if not , to explain why so that you can understand her thought process and make a plan going forward with her

Yes I often wear them in the sauna but just make sure to wash the oils off your root afterwards to avoid bonds softening as you will be perspiring x
Is keratin bond extension better than nano ring for thin hair ?
I would recommend nano rings for fine hair x
