Mas nindot na sa MOA Arena bai para nako kay naay linear park unya Ayala ang Developer sa Business District kilid sa Arena. Kung 16k capacity na kung mahuman mas dako na sa MOA kay 15k seating capacity ra ang MOA.

I totally agree with you, man. Global recession caused by the pandemic and conflict in europe disrupts smaller countries like the Philippines. Developments like this make us happy because it means jobs...food for many filipinos. We need more of this. 🙏🫡🇵🇭

@1:54 Hahaha! Sprinkling on the tree. Cebu needs to update its ethics and sanitary standards to compete for international business. Enforcement could be partly given a Parks Police or simply the existing police. I understand tolerance is important, but it should be balanced with good ethics and sanitation. Very well done video, thanks.

Naa kuno siya plano for socialized housing, clean up drive, and overall beautification sa area dapit sa pasil. I hope they fast track it, I wanna see the rivers clean.

will the floor size of this new arena be spacious enough for one IIHF-sized ice hockey rink or five badminton courts? I hope so; because, to me, it is a failure if a new indoor arena fails to meet that requirement.

It depends on the area and establishments on the future. And I think they already tried the traffic light system before but it is a no go because it is prone to big truck accidents. Right now, the only way to go to Cebu City from SM Seaside is to take a U Turn way ahead to Talisay City where there is a U Turn slot under a bridge.
