The metal piece in my heart won't settle where I can snap it to activate it! This is the 4th time I've boiled it.. what do I do
once I boil mine, it liquefies, but then when it cools more than half is crystallized again. :(

@@SoISaidPod You have to snap that silver thing back the other way after you boil it down to the liquid
