Oh you know music theory. You might not know you know music theory, but you know music theory. 🤣 if you took a class in it, you'd be like "oh yeah I know that".
yes bruh😭 he got these boys thinking they can jus click anything and its gonna sound good just because… nah u jus did music theory ur jus unaware of it
@6shootaa that's one thing about fl studio, especially 21, you basically don't need to know any classical theory, the grid and scale helpers and you're good to go 🤣
@@hen618knowing scales notes steps and intervals all that type of stuff. It really helps with producing if you know how to play an instrument and just wanna lay something down on record. But with all the tools available on daws nowadays music theory is not necessary. But if you want to take steps in being something bigger than an at home producer its best to know that stuff by heart. Some artists wont mess with you if you cant do this stuff off top.
This beat is fireee bro I’m using you to learn how to produce cause I’m tired of having to buy other peoples beats to rap on I’m just tryna cook everything from my own kitchen, thanks for the tips🔥🔥🔥
Bro never do both at the same time, do one or the other. You can go from rapper to producer or producer to rapper, but both at the same time is a bad idea. Takes too long to get a following and work the socials and lyrics, and producing and learning daws and all the legal issues with samples and everything is its own career. GO hard on one then pivot later once you alright
Hey love the video I noticed you mentioned you put the EQ before you add any effects however the EQ was under the effects so just for future reference the plugins go in order from top to bottom so you would want the EQ in slot 1 if you wanted the EQ to be before every other sound
Wow Mr.DirKey I am very impressed with your talent and skills your ability to kno what you want to do when and where also explain the reason why in simple but precise terms honestly you have no idea how intelligent you really are and you got awesome ears too Bless Up King
I have a really good ear so I really don’t need to know much about music theory so really all I need to master is drums, mixing, arranging, and vocal mixing.
great tutorial other than the fact keyscape and omnisphere together cost around 500 so it would be hard do recreate those kind of sounds for free if your just starting

Music theory is literally essential for making any type of music. It correlates to anything with pitch, keys, rhythm
Oh wow that's the beat that you made the even better 😅😅😅

shaperbox volume skill is a good skill bro
Fire came for what key you use stayed for the heat
Nice bro! Learned sumn new fr 🔥
I have a really good ear so I really don’t need to know much about music theory so really all I need to master is drums, mixing, arranging, and vocal mixing.
DOPE !!! DIRKEY !!!
What grid/snap do you use for the 808s?
I can't lie that one shot bell opened up a whole new level to this beat 🫨
he is basically talking in music theory😂
You don't know music theory huh, but your doing everything in perfect 5ths and intervals and in key
he knows
This beat is fire 🔥
9:15 🔥🔥🔥🔥
So sick 😭🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
“I don’t even have omnisphere”
*pulls out omnisphere*
well done bro that was litty
This is fire!!
so sick this guy yes
great tutorial other than the fact keyscape and omnisphere together cost around 500 so it would be hard do recreate those kind of sounds for free if your just starting
If u highlight a scale that's music theory 😂😂😂 this guy is brilliant 😂😂😂
When u makin dope beats , u def gotta scale up the key 😂
Thanks bro it helped!
That's hard ✊🏾
One complicated daw🥴love everyone’s creations though. You all are great at what u do
Hardd!🔥
when you start exploring outside the genre of trap you start to use music theory more and more
You need it sometimes to tell which sounds and notes to use and tell the key too just
it definitely helps, but ear practice helped me out the most
Dope work man. If you haven't already, I think arrangement video would be dope. Keep it up!
you are the goat!
U crazy 🔥🔥😈
Hard 808 Tutorial!!!!
Bro, this is insane, goes hard, would you mind making a tutorial on how to make hard hitting drums. your drums are super clean and hits hard my; G
Nice, sounds insane! Could you go more in depth in the volume leveling part?
This was really insightful, thanks. I didn't know about the scale highlighting.
so much clean bro..
why is your initial sound so good, I do the same as you, everything sounds flat and not open
You gotta post, this it's hard fam 💯
Those drum sounds are so crazy, I don’t think I can spend 30$ tho😹
doin discounts every now n then!
Bro you definetly know music theory 🤣🤣 nice vid thx for the tuto
Background beat 🙌🙌🙌🙌💯💯I love it. Can you share link with me Imma watch its tutorial
Yessir!
