Rude staff. Cold food. Overcrowded with children noisy confusing buildings design silver banded not allowed to have labelled drinks Bars shut at 11 If your seeking a peaceful adult trip this is not for you

Pretty old response but, its mainly said that this is a KIDS hotel, if your having a honeymoon or something you cannot get it from this hotel. Bars close at 11 is the mainly reason that again, this is a kids hotel. And gran canaria, staff isnt from the greatest place in there, i usually do a little tip, so you can get some better trearment. I cannot say much about the food. And you can purchase the better drinking packege, xx
