You started well but ended with hatred to the oppressed. Yes, Ruto sought God initially but has obviously never walked with God in his leadership. This has greatly angered God and He is simply saying that he has heard the cry of the oppressed he is answering their cries. It is a turn around of vengeance on Ruto. It doesn't have to happen like it did to certain countries and it has become just a routine for Ruto to go to church but God’s grace has long time departed from him! God is fighting for his people
