- One of the most improved designs in my personal opinion; Dee Jay is here from Street Fighter 4 and looks absolutely amazing. The mixture of Kickboxing and his new music based attacks is perfect. Dee Jay is easily one of my favorite character designs moving into Street Fighter 6!

The rhythm minigame super is a great idea, it goes with his design really well and adds a bit of complexity.
Plus his new design is great, I like fighting game characters who look like they’re having fun.

I've always loved kicking ass and to the beat of the song, whether it's in the game or on a speaker in my room, I'm so glad they have a mechanic it makes this an actual thing I've been waiting for a game to do this

His old design was meant to reference Billy Blanks and i like that idea but his redesign is just an improvement.
Dee Jay is a whole vibe now. I used to not think about him at all, but now I think he’s cool as fuck
And thank god that he came alongside rollback. Doing that super with delay based would be hell

Dee Jay was one of my mains in SF4. My win rates were not the best, but I was absolutely in love with his fighting style so I couldn’t let go. It’s so cool to see his evolution, I can’t wait to try the new iteration out.

Probably one of my favorite aspects of Dee Jay's design is his idle stance animation. The dude's just a whole vibe. *Pops open a Red Stripe for the homie*

Tbh the concept of DJ is crazy imagine being a fan of Bruno Mars and finding out he also is an extremely proficient fighter that beats up people harder if he's singing Uptown Funk
bro, Dee Jay was never weak in SF4. Hes a BEAST if used right, dude can do insane combos. hes also very fun to use, his winning animation is top notch too, the best even (same goes for his theme).
but im curious to see how he'll play out in 6, the redesign looks fire, mon!

I think this is something that capcom been doing more lately with street fighter in which they've been branching out more when designing their characters. with street fighter 3, 4, and alpha to an extent, they've kept the fighters main costume similar, if not exactly to their sf2 design.

I think out of all the SF2 returning characters, Deejay got the biggest glow up when it comes to both design and gameplay.
I love the rhythm game aspect, it's my favourite bit of playing Rise in P4AU, and I'm happy I get to do it with another character

I like this rework they didn't just make him a dance they make him feel like one
I hope they redesigned his move set too. When I played him in street fighter 4 I couldn't do ANY of his special moves so I had to fight all the way to Seth with normal kicks and punches. It was frustrating but I guess Seth doesnt know how to react to basic fighting cause he left himself open alot to it
