Thanks for doing the install.. BUT... The threads are not thru the nylon locking in the bolt.it will loosen up. I will need to install the rail since it is so hard to find a good jacking point!!
That's a good question I had to be gentle screwing in the nut in so the bolt wont push in. I would try using somthing to hold the bolt in place so you can put the nut on

What is the overall length of the rails. I ordered some and they were too short. The ones they sent me were 50 3/16" long.

I just want to be able to install snow tires and back. A guy just uses a hockey puck on his floor jack to prevent bending the seals.
Any long-term reports? I've heard these rust very easily in the salt belt.
Mine only had surface rust
Can you still use the factory jack if needed for emergency situations?
Yes I believe so. I havent had to use it yet
