I don't know if you saw the video or not. Based on your comment I'm assuming you haven't. There's a video here on UA-cam of Jacob playing this song while Mickey Gilley sings it at Jerry Lee Lewis' home for the Killer's eighty-fifth birthday celebration. This IS just how good this guy is!!!
If anybody ever makes another movie about Jerry Lee Lewis, they should definitely get this guy to play him! My dad loved Jerry Lee Lewis, so I heard his music a lot growing up and this guy sounds just like him! Awesome! So talented!
I had the awesome pleasure of seeing Jerry Lee Lewis performing LIVE at a casino in Lincoln, California in October 2018. AMAZING performance. His voice is going, but after 60years in the industry, I'm not supposed. His piano playing was hard core, balls to the wall. Well worth the 5000km drive to see him. All the old ladies in the audience, well pretty much everyone in the audience went nuts as soon as he opened with Great Balls of Fire. He closed the show with his good friend Carl Perkins song Blue Suede Shoes, made famous by Elvis Presley. JLJ, elvis, perkins and Johnny Cash were members of an exclusive 50's supergroup Million Dollar Quartet.
1st time I heard this I had two thoughts.. Cringy words that are insulting to women. But, I just don’t care, I freaking love this song, Both words and melody and rhythm.. What’s hilarious is that it’s all true! I imagine the fallen angels are tripping over themselves to getaway when they sober up and find that their prince was a frog!
Great idea. Great song etc. But who on god's green earth is he signing too? All the streets are empty!!! Do it again in New Orleans or somewhere that people are alive!
Not bad. I even loved how the pianist did the hand gestures Mickey was known to do between the flourishes of this song.
I could listen to him sing all day long. Keep this music going hun
Awesome freakin cover.. 😎I'm sure Mickey Gilley would be VERY IMPRESSED.. 😉
Mickey Gilley, Jerry Lee Lewis & Jimmy Swaggart are cousins.

Guitar music is great but a good
piano song has more life to it
than anything.
You're awesome!!!!
I'm a big fan of you!!!
Hey! That's Portsmouth, Ohio... I recognize it.
Great, it's like Jerry Lee Lewis drives in with his Music Truck in the movie 'High School Confidential'!
And not a single pothole in sight; otherwise, I'd be worried about their safety riding in the truck cab. Fantastic all along the way!
GREAT job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome!!!!!
AWESOME BRO..!!!
It's like we're in the 60's
Reminds me of ACDCs music video “long way to the top”
