Your dough ends up sticky . Even if you have a dough mixer it doesn’t mean life is easy. If you don’t add the right amount of water at the right time and the for the right duration ,you are gonna have a mess. The moral of the story being all this technology doesn’t solve problems, instead it solves one problem and creates 10 others .
