Does the draft matter to the Royals? It seems by the time players arrive at Kansas City via their farm system, they are still Omaha material or worse. If I am correct, is this a developmental problem, a scouting problem, or both?

It's a tough one. I think the changes in org hierarchy/staff deserve a bit of time to see results but if the last few drafts don't reach the bigs + make the impact they made earlier on... it's going to be a huge downfall.

Traded comp pick again for another garbage player. Sherman is not interested in building out this team, he’s interested in a stadium and that is it. Also gave up top 5 prospect. WTF are they doing?? Royals ownership and front office is a joke
