간혹 귀걸이 고무줄을 불편해 하시는 분들에게 적합합니다.
머리와 목에 고무줄과 스토퍼를 사용하여 착용하면 너무 편하며,
아이들과 여성분들에게 추천합니다.
잠깐씩 벗을땐 턱에 걸치고 사용시엔 올리면 편리해요
패턴없이 쉽게 만듭니다.

Can you confirm the measurement? Instead of Outer: 23cmx21cm and Lining: 23cmx19cm in the description; see @1:57 video, the difference between the outer and the lining is 4cm, so either the lining size is 23cmx17cm or the outer is 23cmx23cm. Am I correct? Thank you.

A 4 cm seam is required to connect the outer and lining.
After sewing the exterior and lining in the 2:58 video, the finished size before folding is 23 cm (9.05 ") x 18 cm (7.08") high.
There is no problem with size.

@@JSdaily thank you. So 18 cm + 1cm fold in + 4 cm seam = 23 cm. The exterior size should be 23 cm x 23 cm.
The difference between the outside and the lining is 2 cm.
The outside is 23cm wide, 21cm high, the lining is 23cm wide, 19cm high,
The outer fabric exceeds 1 cm in the direction of the lining, and the finishing height is 18 cm.
If you make it 23cmx23cm, there is no problem, so you can do so.
