The miscarriage of justice in 2010 led to her believing herself invincible. She knew she'd get away with it again. Her pleas for mercy makes me sick. Her son is terrified of her. The boy suffered a lifetime of abuse. When she finally dies, we'll hear just how abusive she truly is.

Women are capable of a specific level of evil that is the most calculated and vicious humanly possible. Especially when it involves money, child custody, and divorce settlements…
Not that the victim is to blame, but men need to be weary of women with ulterior motives who may be willing to destroy you and your life for her own benefit….
AND PEOPLE, STOP MARRYING PEOPLE THAT YOU JUST MET! You should spend at least a year with someone before you consider becoming legally bound by marriage… Not to mention having children elevates the risk of finding yourself in a vicious situation.

    • @CoffeeCatsAndTrueCrime

      Or criminal activities
      Murders Rape etc
      Because they might be
      Judged on that fact

Yes, terribly tragic for that wonderful sounding father!😔. I can understand and forgive the son when he was a little boy……but it is a lot more difficult to do that when he is a grown man and has had almost the same thing happen to him. And he STILL does not have the gumption to tell the truth! That is quite sad! And her other son is a POLICEMAN and he doesn’t have the ba..s to stand up either and say who and what his mom is, even though she paralyzed his own brother!! What a Pathetic family!!! No real F’s given except for the family and friends of the deceased father

This is a wild ride. I can’t even imagine what her son is victim to, she is clearly controlling, manipulative and conniving

Men be careful of hungry money women. Some of them are just looking for some one to support them. I had one and glad that I picked up on it really quick.

The most extreme case of narcissism I’ve EVER heard!! … she is sooo classic … it’s amazing tho how they not only control their family and friends .. but are able to mesmerize a 12 person jury … They are master manipulators and unless you LIVE with them you will NEVER know who they truly are … They are the epitome of evil and they thrive on being able to do what they do ! …. There’s no question the kids have been hypnotized by her …close friends can sometimes see through them as this lawyer friend of James could clearly see … But casual acquaintances will never see the reality behind the mask … what a disgusting psychotic B*%ch … who will one day get the karma she deserves … But it doesn’t surprise me she got off in both situations ..They always do ! … I like how the defence mentioned that the jury if using common sense will convict lol … Obviously not an ounce of it in these cases !
I don’t care if I’d have been the ONLY juror to convict I would NOT have changed my mind I’d have stood my ground until it became a miss trial… period!!

No offense... I was thinking maybe the good people of FL are a bit on the SLOW side, but hell seems as though it's not only common folk for finding this woman NOT GUILTY, but the judge that OVERTURNED her conviction is SLOW, the police department for returning the GUN- ALL NEED A PSYCHIATRIC EVAL!!! FL jury selection just can't seem to get it right... On MANY CASES!!!

The jury system is flawed. They go on emotions and no real knowledge of the law. Instead 3 or more judges should determine the outcome of a trial and not random citizens.
