(Summary)
FNF Indie Cross is a mod created by MORO Nighteye (who has since moved on from the mod team, and given role of Director to Brightfyre. The mod includes iconic Indie characters as costumes in Super Smash Bros. such as Cuphead from "Cuphead", Sans from "Sans Undertale" and Bendy from "DAGames Bendy and the Ink Machine Song"). Bendy didn't get a costume in Smash, but that's some bull bull and hopefully he gets in over a FNAF at Freddy's rep next game. (Jk I do love me some Springtrap).
Iconic Cuphead songs include Devil's Gambit, Knockout, and Technicolor Tussle. Banger Bendy music is not limited to: Nightmare Run, Last Reel, and Freaky Machine. Finally, dope Sans songs include Sansational, Burning in Hell, and Bonedoggle. Nightmare Mode is an iconic part of Indie Cross as well, including Despair, Bad Time, and the previously mentioned Devil's Gambit.
There are a variety of bonus songs as well, such as Satanic Funkin, Ritual, and Bad to the Bone. Joke songs include Goose, or Gose, from Untitled Goose Game, as well as Sanness from Sr. Pelo's Underpants animation spoof of Undertale. The Devil, Papyrus, and Sammy Lawrence appear in these bonus songs as well.
That's right, from Soft Mod, to Sonic.Exe and Vs. Imposter... we've arrived at Indie Cross with the help of the absolute chad Brightfyre himself in order to complete the ritual of big boi FNF interviews. The top 3 most viewed mods have been covered (at least, in their current versions), and I can't thank everyone including the creators and viewers enough. I've gratefully made many friends in the FNF community along the way, and you've all made this possible with your support. Thank you so much. Let's keep going!

I am really impressed how the mod turned out! The effects, the songs, the lighting effects, everything like holy Snapchat!!! I am really impressed with the people who worked so hard on the mod! My favorite song has to be Nightmare it’s one of the most impressive songs I’ve ever heard and the part when you see the ink machine is so cool!!! And I am so excited for what’s coming in the mod! But first let the creators take a break because they work days, hours, months on the mod!!

I think it'd be interesting to see Shantae in this mod. There's a lot of creative possibilities you could incorporate into it, and she's literally a dancer. I think a character like Shantae should definitely be in the mod. Besides, she's a Mii costume in smash, as well as Sans and Cuphead.

Edit: I also love how to Cuphead, Boyfriend’s attacks get more predictable. In Technicolor Tussle, he gets hit, in Knockout, he blocks the attack, and in Devil’s Gambit, he ducks to dodge the attack. The little details like that is what makes this mod so good in my opinion.

Theory: nightmare girlfriend is behind the red portals, she can already teleport bf and herself, if she’s a nightmare she could probably teleport to other realms. This also explains why they are red.

Even though Moro may of not been the best person (I still don’t know what happened) he really knew what he was doing if everything you see in the mod was moro’s idea. I’m hoping brightfyre can keep up with the quality of the mod

Anyone else see the Demogorgon when he said 'a mysterious character teleporting BF around'? Dead by Daylight is an indie game, technically, and they do have their strange potholes they make.

Fun fact: The Among Us round start DOES appear at the end of "Gose". Not sure if this means a Crewmate/Imposter rap battle though, as Clowfoe and the rest of the Vs Imposter team are already doing that.
about a year and a half ago i spoke breifly with brightfire before v1 dropped and he let me hear the hit sounds of what i assume is either bad time or despair and those songs turned out to be pretty epic so im very hyped for v2
Hope they make Sans a bit more accurate (normal hood that isn't fluffy and maybe white slippers) now let's hope nothing bad happens with this dev team like a few other famous mods in the past
My fav song is Bonedoggle, it's so nice to listen.
Plus, it perfectly represents the skele-bros and how they are supposed to be:
The fandom makes Sans an actual GOD while he's actually the weakest monster and the most comedic and lazy character in Undertale.
Then there's Papyrus, the coolest monster:
The fandom makes him so soft while he's actually a kind and brave skeleton.
Saster did a perfect job creating this song and the interactions were so fun and creative, especially the xylophone part 😂.
The final with the Dating Start motif gave me goosebumps and i feel like i could listen to it every day

I would like to see how they would Incorpriate DDLC into Indie Cross, Like the DDTO but with their own spin on how it would go.
That'd be really cool to see how they approach DDLC compared to other mods!
To be completely honest, after the whole debacle on Twitter with Morø I lost most interest in future updates for Indie Cross because I've been so friggin tired of seeing this every single time a big mod finishes - regardless of my thoughts though, the team has my support for their endeavors and I hope the best for this new direction.
I dont even think the Morø situation was that bad, because he is still working on indie cross content on youtube
I have stupid ideas for indie cross like the narrator from stanley parable (using props for poses) and Niko from OneShot
Im super hyped about the Hollow Knight week, the anticipation is gonna kill me but ill just keep practicing nightmare songs til it comes out. I do hope a full Celeste Week happens though cuz i think that game would be amazing to see with full cutscenes, and Badeline would make a great antagonist. a finale where Badeline and Madeline team up agains BF in a Bonedoggle style battle would be incredible.

We know that Hollow knight is going to be in the next update but is Freddy Shovel Knight and Henry Stickmin truly going to be in the next update too? I guess we’ll have to wait to find out.

Tbh I love all the characters in indie cross here are my reasons.
Cuphead: the voice and the songs mainly snake eyes and technicolor tussle.
Sans: the split path and songs mainly sansational because it’s my favorite .
Bendy: the setting and the end scene
Boyfriend gets ass beat.
As for the freeplay and secret song characters there pretty good
Favorite is papyrus
