Big departments are generally under attack by the federal govt especially with this administration. PHX PD is soon going to be controlled by the feds and it will be the final nail in the coffin of phoenix. Not to mention Nobody has wanted to be a cop for the past 6 years now.

It was a homeless idiot that stole it and destroyed everything in my beautiful lexus RX 350. I turned in the idiots information that I found in the car to the police, but no arrests has been made so far.
