This lovely. What if you want to attach it only at the off shoulder sleeve, how do I go about it?

Thank you. Just measure the length of the off shoulder,and cut out your ruffles based on that measurement. Of course, it can be 2/3 times longer than the actual length of your sleeve

I didn't tack the ruffles to the zipper area ma. remember this dress will be worn from the legs such that when you unzip the dress,the allowance will be enough to accommodate the knee all the way to the hip area.
