I had a therapist teach me how to control my thoughts, it took time, but once I mastered controlling my thoughts, my life changed! Practicing gratitude every day helps me focus on my daily blessings. They don't have to be big things, they can be as simple as spending time with my dog, sitting in the sun, reading a good book, or having a good conversation with my son or daughter❤️ It's truly the small things that make us happy❤️

To change your energy, it takes at least 3 months of constant practice. No matter whatever obstacle tries to bring you down, try to maintain your energy and don't feel affected by others opinions.
Yes everything does because I can't get in not stay in the present moment. But boy gee if I could have learned this before all the trauma then yes I'd have it all. But they win they programmed me for death and disease. It would be nice to have money to go and meet all y'all but yea. That doesn't exist.
