Q7. Nyonya Bak Chang ingredients are usually bamboo leaves, soaked glutinous rice, my blue tea blue flower powder, shitake mushrooms, pandan leaf, winter melon, belly pork, onion and garlic, seasoning like coriander powder, five spice powder, pepper, soy sauce, salt and sugar

Nyonya Bak Chang ingredients are usually wrapped with bamboo leaves containing glutinous rice soaked for a few hours, powder from blue flowers called clitoria to give it the nice blue colouring in the rice, shitake mushrooms, pandan leaf, winter melon, belly pork, onion and garlic, seasoning like coriander powder, five spice powder, pepper, soy sauce, salt and sugar
