Oh, WOW! (again!) I LOVE this beautiful blue flower! The white is making some gorgeous shapes: spores, tendrils, wavy lace...it's got everything! 😊❤ THIS is totally something I'd like to try!
It turned out wonderfully! 🎉 I really like seeing you try different methods to recreate the effect you want. Thank you for sharing your craft and experiments with us. 😊🙏
Never get tired of your experiments. So far my personal favorite is the pink. I like how the pink ink has moved to the edge more. But the blue is pretty as well. Hugs from 🇨🇦, cold stormy weather.😢
I just received the Etter Art pigment drops. I finally found someone who sells them in the US. Can't wait to see how they work. I've seen beautiful pours using the drops!❤
OHHH MY GOSH CHICA! I think your next one will be a HIT! I love the blue 💙. The porcupine effect is gorgeous. I would love to see you succeed in making this porcupine effect the way its on your phone. So, I'm looking forward to your next attempt. Good luck, Chica! ❤🎉😊
Turned out really pretty. Seems close to the one on Instagram. It's so hard seeing everyone else try this and I'm in Hawaii away from my resin. But I'm not leaving until my mom is placed in the assisted living place she wants to go to. Crazy Hawaiian winter weather wouldn't help either. You know exactly what I mean. 😅
Очень красиво 😍. Думаю чернила можно капать ближе к краям сразу после заливки смолы, что бы цвет начинал тянуться раньше. Мне очень нравится. Спасибо ❤
Would you think of running a weekend workshop for us Brissie guys? Would be there in a heart beat. Maybe a Saturday full day and half Sunday. I love your UA-cam classes, but to do a hands on would be terrific
❤ Ms Julie, is getting those blobbies the objective? And the long pieces look like the stamen of a flower 🌼. I didn't see the inspiration piece Ms Kelly made. But I think they are just lovely. ❤
This turned out beautifully!! On a side note, on your last video when you mentioned Calli, I thought you said Kelly and she was a friend of yours who was physically at your house " in the kitchen" vs Calli from "Calli in the kitchen" who does lovely work also. Lol. I felt so silly when I heard you mention her today
Do you have a video on what alcohol inks go together and which colors to avoid? I just got my first set of alcohol inks and cant wait to try some blooms
I saw Kelly’s video today in my feed and so I watched it. I noticed that she used a lot more ink. Don’t know how much difference that makes? Anyway, this blue one looks fab!
Betcha that vaseline tip might work on the resin inks, with their frequent crusty caps. It's a bit late for the current set, and I could see that being very tedious in the meanwhile, but as you use them, it would give you a chance to condition the caps to see if it helps the same as it does for the resin caps.
That lace part looks like the ‘little blobbies’ that you try to remove when you are piping your blooms. So does that mean that your white needs to be heavier?
I liked your green one, but the b;use wine is really the best by far. All 3 or your attempts end up with colored lines as the resin pulls in. What if, when you did the 2 drops, you did them side by side, rather than in line?
If the yellow cast of the clear resin bothers you, you might be able to counter act the yellow by adding the tiniest bit of blue to your clear resin. But, I think you're on the right track for the lace! Beautiful!
You were talking about a recipe for this particular project and it is the same as cooking food. My cousin has this recipe for squash casserole and it is yummy and she gave me the recipe and I bought the exact same ingredients that she used and it still did not taste the same way as hers I still can't figure it out why mine doesn't taste like hers did.
Oh, WOW! (again!) I LOVE this beautiful blue flower! The white is making some gorgeous shapes: spores, tendrils, wavy lace...it's got everything! 😊❤ THIS is totally something I'd like to try!
You did it Ms. Julie...this has been fun trying to figure this out together. So appreciate the shout out!
Awe❤
Just subscribed!
Your persistence has paid off. It came out stunningly beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤😮😊
That is really pretty! They're kind of like floral snow flakes with the lacing and the different colors you've done on each attempt. ❤❤
With the blue kind of looks like a fantasy frost flowers! Beautiful!
It turned out wonderfully! 🎉 I really like seeing you try different methods to recreate the effect you want. Thank you for sharing your craft and experiments with us. 😊🙏
I always enjoy when you are on a mission to figure out a technique.
Never get tired of your experiments. So far my personal favorite is the pink. I like how the pink ink has moved to the edge more. But the blue is pretty as well. Hugs from 🇨🇦, cold stormy weather.😢
Very pretty. It just dawned on me that it reminds me of seaweed. I love it. ❤
The lines in flower petals are called "nanoscale ridges" or "pencil lines". They help direct pollinators to the center of the flower.
Love it ♥️ the lacing also like coral 🪸 the white coral that sways in the sea 🌊 ❤
Stunning! Would be beautiful backed in black!❤
Thanks for showing the ones that you've tossed! Otherwise I seem to expect mine to turn out beautifully each time. Thank you thank you!

The movement of resin always amazes me. Congratulations!! Thank you so much for sharing.
OHHH MY GOSH CHICA! I think your next one will be a HIT! I love the blue 💙. The porcupine effect is gorgeous.

Спасибо ❤
Prettiest yet!
Beautiful! I love it! 🤩🫶🏻
Try a thin line of your color first then white .clear. inks and cut white drops from 15 to 13 give it a try ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful 😍💙
* Reminds me of a Iris
It is pretty.
It looks almost like a lace version of a petrie effect, I think it's lovely
It’s not prefect to you but I absolutely love it 😍. Look at the ruffled white petals and the blue is my favorite color.😊❤
Would you think of running a weekend workshop for us Brissie guys?
Would be there in a heart beat.
Maybe a Saturday full day and half Sunday.
I love your UA-cam classes, but to do a hands on would be terrific
😂 "I like big blobbies and I can not lie..." 😂😂 I love this one.
❤ Ms Julie, is getting those blobbies the objective? And the long pieces look like the stamen of a flower 🌼. I didn't see the inspiration piece Ms Kelly made. But I think they are just lovely. ❤

❤ always love watching you .pls help how thick should the resin be before we pipe out the petals
Oh Julie that's beautiful. I like big blobbies and I can not lie! 😂 You found the prefect white for this I believe. 😍 Great job.
You got to 38 don’t forget ❤
With your resin yellowing you can add a very tiny bit of blue to it.
Well DOne !!!!!
Can you use gold paste then white I not a fan of just white but it looks beautiful.
Julie can u tell me what that is on ur work surface?
Betcha that vaseline tip might work on the resin inks, with their frequent crusty caps. It's a bit late for the current set, and I could see that being very tedious in the meanwhile, but as you use them, it would give you a chance to condition the caps to see if it helps the same as it does for the resin caps.
Eventually, you're gonna get the outcome you want like those saying goes practice makes perfect, even if it's aggravating.
That lace part looks like the ‘little blobbies’ that you try to remove when you are piping your blooms.
So does that mean that your white needs to be heavier?
❤❤❤
I liked your green one, but the b;use wine is really the best by far. All 3 or your attempts end up with colored lines as the resin pulls in. What if, when you did the 2 drops, you did them side by side, rather than in line?
You've created fractals like in alcohol ink art.
If the yellow cast of the clear resin bothers you, you might be able to counter act the yellow by adding the tiniest bit of blue to your clear resin. But, I think you're on the right track for the lace! Beautiful!
To counteract yellow you use purple.
@samanthacunningham2802 You're right... purple cancels yellow. 😊
Was going to say the same thing
Blue
The tiniest bit of purple actually works a bit better than blue, but both do work! 😊👍
💙
It kinda reminds me of the petri affect. Maybe call it a petri bloom lol
😊💜💜
She’s from ruzzia. She uses 6 drops of ink in 14 grams of resin. She calls it kinda petri effect, so she uses sinker white
If you wipe off your alcohol ink bottles before putting the cap back on, you shouldn't get any "crusty bits".
Why Don't You Wipe The Tops Of Your Ink Bottles With A Baby Wipe Before You Drop Color??🙄
