Hey bud. Nice work on how its building up. As far as the electric window issue. Having electric windows in a kit car is probably any car guys moment of truth if you can fab a perfect electric windows system and actually have it last longer than 2 years of hard use is something most basic car guys would remember about the car.. Mechanical failure on this part destroys the experience of such a dream ride. You know my solution? I use the race spec windows. Lighter no failure and it isnt really a problem once youve lived with it. As long as the ac blows cold in the summer and heated seat for the winter. I also run separate coolers for all my fluids. Diff oil, trans, and even have a mister mounted over my intercooler and radiator mount to make sure engine temps are within good ideal. I have several brushless motors blowing in key heat spots so that i dont heatsoak during idle. I think we added a good 80lbs of insulation and anti vibration methods to get rid of that “this feels chep” feeling when on a stop sign or whenever the moment requires elegance. We placed a sonograph all over the car and ran it while the data logged. This help me identify portions of the car that vibrates. Based off the resonance we can install specific dampened material or frame support to eliminate the jitters. The jitters slowly degrade your custom car. Good luck bud! Its worth it. No 2 are a like and they are all fabulous!
I'm not even building one but I find your videos very interesting.
