I made my Hammer the same way, exalting it from 30 to 40, and adding emblem... Matk emblem came and after the emblem changed 20% of the event, it changed to Crit damage
RA top and bottom give more starforce (20* each), more attack on rebirth flames since you can have double line flame on both, which is good for early-mid game. For end game, suit is better for overall set effect and max damage at chaos tier
Do you build all other necro gear by this way too? I'm considering between inherit way on weapon then buy clean necro to build or just waiting for luck building a necro 🫠🥲
I only built for necro glove and shoulder because i started with inherit early game and im lazy to rebuild from mythic. The rest is by passing necro mastercraft. Cost efficient way is by passing necro because emblem and exalt are rng

Can we get a second line flame by chance when we are applying flames? I thought we can only get 2 lines with the rainbow flames? 0.0
Yes using unique - mythic flames we can have a small chance of getting double line, while the rainbow flames is 100%

Once you are consistently hitting cap then can start to consider building up a suit
