  • During the pandemic, your clients may be looking for answers to help them manage the uncertainty and stress of our “new normal.”
And there’s no shortage of advice out there.
The thing is, while some ideas are truly helpful, others may only heighten the discomfort.
According to Deb Dana, LCSW, the key is to help clients listen to what their own nervous system needs in a given moment.

But what about when your nervous system is triggered to be fearful so you don’t try things that would be good for you.

Thank you. Great idea for organizing a personal toolbox. Could make a personal deck of cards, too.
Is there a website or other link for Deb's work?

Good idea. I am already making my own programme and i link it to my daily diary. I now see why I can't stand 'you should' from others.

I love this! Don’t judge yourself trust your gut. And also to remember not to judge others because they are in a different place than you.

    What a beautiful video.
I love the simple way she explains important details. (and I love her soothing voice)
Thank you for making this video short, but full of the most important things she shared.
Most of it are reminders for me which are so welcome. To get this in just 4 minutes feels like a present 🎁🙏🏼
