14 minutes pumping! Very impressive. Is the ART 1401 better than the PNG 1310 for pumping during a long time? My personal best is currently above 5 minutes using the 1310. Anyway it is obvious that you have a very nice physical condition 💪
I was pumping my 1300 for 6 or 7 minutes and with this wing i did double or make I can triple my pumping time. Plus you're going so much faster than the 1310.
If you pump it on flat water, definetly the skinny 362/50, in the waves i love the 359/40 or progressive 250 (progressive 250 is slower than the skinnys but turn better from side to side).
High modulus mast bend too much with the 1401... Aluminium mast is better, but 10% slower... But with this wing, You should use, the aluminium or the ultra pro mast if you want use the wing in the waves... If just pumping on flat water, HM works, I do have the Hign Modulus in this video.
Ultra short advance + is the biggest advance fuselage actually... the shorter stab is to go faster, a bigger stab reduce the frequency but also it's harder to get higher on mast. I have friends who like bette the 362/50, but with my style of pumping i like better the 360/45... but it depends of your pumping style I would say. The ultra short advance + is the right size for long distance pump I think. For waves or downwind conditions, i think I would take a shorter one. Not yet tested...
@@yvonvite_AXIS whats the difference between advance + -vs- the regular fuse when pumping? I know the mast position if further forward, I'm just not sure the benefit/trade offs of that when pumping.
Wow!
Amazing performance! Please share if you can: 1. how old are you? 2. Your heart rate during this ride?
3. Your Vo2 max if you know it.
Thank you!
Crazy foil!

Hi Yvon, 14 minutes is very impressive. What fuselage and rear wing are you using?
I used the ultrashort advance + and the skinny 360/45.

@@yvonvite Ok so this wing is really insane!
What was your plan to get home if you fell?
What Stab do you prefer / recommend for pumping the ART 1201?

Have you tried the 1401 with the regular 19mm aluminium mast and with the high modulus mast? Did you notice any differences?

@@yvonvite you chose a small stab and short fuselage to have less drag? wouldn’t a bigger stab give you more lift?

did you try the crazyshort fuselage yet with the 1401? Would that make it too reactive? @@yvonvite_AXIS
Yep, to go
