- Hey guys, iam just testing out a Game Recorder programm called Mirillis Action with Far Cry 4.
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
GPU: Sapphire R9 280x Toxic
Ram: 8 GB
OS: Win 7 64Bit
Played with PS3 Controller.
FPS was limited in Mirillis Action to 30fps + i converted the video file to avi , so there is a bit more Video quality loss.
At the end of the Video i am showing you my Graphics Settings in Far Cry 4.
ps: I have a little bug with the Fire in FC4, i can see the sparks but not the actual fire itself. So i run into the fire a few times and was surprised why i was burning : ) ... - Ігри
So, is there any problm if you mix an Intel processor with Ati graphic cards? Like people say is not recommended, and the best is to keep intel with Nvidia and Amd with Ati.
Leo Nemesis Years ago it would be true but not now. These days are over.
You can mix it however you like.
my pc i7 4790k gtx 770, 16 gb ran ddr3 1600 mhz 72 fps >D, r9 280x good graphics bro gy video!
is it on constant 50-60 fps or droping to 30?
It depends on the MSAA settings, they are really heavy on the graphics card. With this setting iam running between 45-60 fps on game version 1.0. It never drops lower than that.
This graphics card is just a monster for this price. I saw a video of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter on a GTX 970 and the FPS were the same on the same graphics settings ! (he was recording while playing)
The rival of the R9 280x Toxic is the GTX 770, which got beaten by the R9 in every game by a FPS difference of 2-10 FPS.

Axton Pirrad ; ). Have fun with it. I saw a video with the 1.03 update, the FPS is a bit better there.
