If you wan't to keep the sound hard, there are for exemple Megarave, Imp. rec, Al Twisted Labels Darkside Unleashed and Motormouth, Headfuck recordings...And industrial in growing in popularity, with Hardcore DnB.
Only Mainstream is getting softer, and I see it as a positive thing because industrial is expanding, terror also, Mototmouth is full of life, and Noisj also, so It's not a bad thing to diversify more and going softer in some side (keeping the other hard), "dying" is not the word for me
