The apartment, depending what street you enter the block on, is either on the 1st or the 4th floor. From the highstreet there are 4 floors to the apartment however there is a street on the back of the block with street access and from here it's just one flight of stairs to the apartment. Either way there is a lift to all floors.
Sadly the property doesn't come with any parking however there's plenty of street parking available on both sides. Personally, I've never had a problem parking when showing clients.

Very odd configuration.
The road the building sits on bends at a slight angle right where this apartment is which causes the main bathroom and living room bedroom to not be “square”.
Apart from that the layout does work, keeping the living and sleeping arrangements separate from each other for the most part. If the 3rd bedroom wasn’t a necessity it could become a lovely office or study space. 😁
