When a trail gets 2-3 foot whoops can you still work them out with this groomer and the razor?

If they are frozen solid it takes a bunch of passes to cut them down. If they are still soft then it will only take one pass

seems like if you were grooming on a side slope you could adjust the razor to create a level trail. Yes or No?
