This turned out perfect. I tried one and it was too bulky, but I see why now. I used 9 in balloons. I’m going to try 5 in next time.

Am in love with this table Runner. But i have a question. I want to know with the balloon Runner can you put underplates and plates on both sides of Runner. I hope u will understand my question.

I think understand. ☺️.
If you use a wider table, yes, you can put plates and plate chargers (that’s what I call the under plates) on both sides of the balloon garland.
If you’re using the same size table (the standard 6ft table), it will be hard to do that.
