it will cut it properly, and the most important is that will not make scrap wood, the ratio of scrap is around 0.5%, not other machines in the market have so less scrap. thanks to the design of the knife which is very well studied
If you could design something similair but have a built in hydraulic log deck to load multiple round wood lengths in and also a conveyor system to take the billets away it would be a fantastic bit of kit. As it stands its too slow and involves to much user labour/input.
The machine still can't stack the (long) splitted wood nicely. If the conveyor was aligned at a right angle to the splitting axis, it would work for small piles but the wood would need to be pushed on the conveyor when it stands still so it stays aligned for stacking. Also, the conveyor would have to be made an "optional" way for the wood to go, as you may want to refeed certain pieces for further splitting. So for short wood, a conveyor would be perfectly possible, but for the lengths that it was probably intentionally designed for, it would become a problem.
C'est une très belle machine. On comprend pourquoi les machines suisses ont si bonne réputation en voyant cette fendeuse à l'œuvre. Félicitations.
The machines are taking over the world! And we like it!
Cool video. Can I use it for my compilation that is in the making. You'll get the credits.
Hello Tech Vibes, yes you can add it on your compilation.
That's cool !! But what happens with wood that has big knots ?

how much is the price for this kind of model ?
It's a Professional machine. I can propose you a demo for testing the machine and you will see that machine is stable and made for high productivty.
Wow! Amazing machine
And so ingenious!
geweldig goe maschien..!!!
super machine !!!
Why does the split wood come at the operator? Shouldn't there be a conveyor to carry to split wood away... Kinda stupid design if you ask me...

Sorry but this looks like a playtoy and highly unstable
