- Hello Friends, in this video i will show you How to Make a MINI PC / MINI COMPUTER. Im using Latte Panda Board as Motherboard which have 4GB Ram, 64GB Emmc, Intel Atom Processor. Operating System of This Mini Computer is Window is 10. its Pre installed in Board. i made its body on my Creality CR-10 3D Printer. its very useful and amazing. it Run Same as a Normal PC or Laptop, For Display im Using 10.1 inches Dispay which 1280x800 pixels IPS Display. You will also get speakers with Display. Here is link of all items that i used in video.

What is the price of lattepanda v1.0 motherboard
Fairly decent all-in-one PC you've made here. I (personally) would have added a couple of things, such as a back plate so everything is enclosed, a USB hub, and also a splitter for the 12V power, so the Lattepanda and the monitor can be powered at the same time (using a step down power converter). Nice job!
Well there is no fan so a back plate may cause (idk what it’s called) “over insulation” which could overheat the computer, and then... you know what happens...
@@Blacksmith52 that computer is quite low power so it might not overheat when browsing (what the chip is made for)

I love DIY Videos that start with a 3d printer...
Bruh 270$ for a processor that have a speed clock of 1.77ghz. If your making this as a real comouter and you will use it everyday. Just go buy a cheap hp laptop that have is 15 better and that will cost only 250$
Buy a used chromebook for $50 on ebay - I got 2 for $80 and they still work, more than a year.
But a chromebook has trouble running Linux and can't even run Windows, this pc can run Windows, Linux, and for idiots chromeOS, also why are you here if your happy with slow crapy Chromebooks?

Hello. I would like to make a similar PC with little large screen. Plz share the parts that i need to order with their details.
OK, you proved it's possible...
Now make the case that it was at all worth the money to do this with new parts. ;-)
Pros:
- It's cute.
Cons:
- Screen too small for tabletop (non-handheld) use.
- Mono-sounding stereo. Why use 2 speakers if they are going to be only an inch apart? (at least you could have angled them outward to simulate stereo from the bounce-back! You could also have had the printer make the speaker bays deeper for a chance at better sound.
- 2 separate power cords (the screen's adapter is likely able to power the computer as well...A simple step-down arrangement could have done away with the need for 2 cords.)
- For the money, you can get a reasonably good laptop that will do all this and much more.
Solution:
Just mount the little PC board in the back of your big screen TV and you're done -- Better screen, much better sound, and an overall better experience.
Sorry, Dude... Some projects are just not worth the trouble.
A real challenge would be to do this with a broken laptop. ;-)
PS: A question about 3D printing: Why was it necessary to print these as separate parts and then glue them together? Is it not possible to have all that printed together? In fact, wouldn't printing the mounting posts just as long but directly from the base, without the additional thickness, allow for better airflow beneath the board? Just curious, I have zero experience with 3D printing.
well there are a lot more pros and a lot less cons then you mentioned.

Well it's light it looks cool it's portable it's interesting and it is a good exploration of single board computers when building it. I agree with the previous comment that the speakers are too close, but that is the only con I know of.
i'm guessing he is just not good with designing in 3d. that's why he printed all those in different parts.
and yeah, this could have been designed as one or two pieces and be much better.
@@yoshibros1111 another con is the cost. maybe for some the project - "building" something "yourself" - will be enough to cover that. but for the combined price you can get a cheap laptop that would essentially be a better device.

Rupak CR I asked myself the same question. It would be easy to just combine all the stl's.
I can imagine there's a couple of reasons. For example, if one part breaks or degrades, it can be replaced without reprinting the whole thing (well, at least that would be the case if he hadn't used superglue), and also cleaning off the excess printer material would be a lot easier with individual components rather than one whacking great lump. What I want to know, though, is why on earth he didn't put the speakers on either side of the display instead of together. That kind of defeats the object of stereo speakers, doesn't it?
It won’t function at all, due to the material a 3D printer can stabilize, and it isn’t as easy as you think it is to make a entire small pc with a 3D printer; and in order to do this properly, He is showing DIRECTIONS and that’s why you “probably” tapped on this video after all.
No. If the printer were to print this, it would clearly fail because of the sudden ins and outs in the body, plus the different upper body to lower body ratio.
I can't with some of you 😂. He should have printed most of the base plate together. In fact, he could've just added "standoffs" to the main back of the monitor to make it slimmer. But, it is smarter to have a detachable stand, as it could fail and waste plastic.

How much current does the 12V lvds board needs? The one's on eBay say 12V at 4 Amps !!!
LattePanda Tips: use 5V at least 3A but not 2A, remove the upper metal lid and stick a small heat sink on the flash memory, I also use a big copper heatsink below for the cpu.
2 Tip: put the loudspeaker LEFT and right on the back, stereo is better...

You could probably a touch screen instead of a normal as shown and install drivers. It should theoretically work.

you can get a clear multi-touch panel to fit over a 10" monitor (as well as some of the other sizes that are on offer)
However, buying a common TV, and then printing the mount to fit to the VESA plate holes on the back would give you a much larger screen for the money. and you can get 27" touch panels if you want to go ham with it.

Well some people don't have enough money to buy luxury things like that. Some of us don't have phones or pc's and all we want is something to play games on. So we use our mothers phones to find all the parts, and then spend hours upon hours trying to earn the money for anything at all. And when we know how to build it we use the same idea but with recycled and used parts.

On a usb drive.
using an oscillating tool, you can cutout a plexiglass/acrylic face for the lcd. Rounding over and polishing the edges gives a nice look. White primer the inside of the plexi to give it a framed look, then contact cement it to the edges of the lcd.
